Items received damaged must be notified in our office within 24hrs of receipt. Credit Card charges will not be credited until a visual inspection of the item is performed, hence you will then have the option to replace or return with credit. Shipping charges will be excluded from the return, however, there will no shipping charges on the exchange item(s).

ITEMS WORN, DIRTY or USED will NOT be refunded.
